My one big suggestion for all who have any kind of account with United Cash Loans is to close your bank account immediately. I cant say it enough, they have your account infor mation and will be taking money out until its gone. Have it closed due to fraudulent activity on your account. You need to write, call, email, whatever it takes to work things out with this company. If they are not giving you any answers or not even given you a response, you need to file a complaint with the Tulsa Better Business Bureau. The BBB can help you with any kind of dispute with this company, plus you can file it online at their web site. You have to make the report with the Tulsa BBB because they cover the area where United Cash Loans is located. the contact info for them is below; Tulsa Better Business Bureau Serving Eastern Oklahoma 1722 South Carson Ave. Suite 3200 Tulsa, OK 74119 President: Rick Brinkley - and CEO Phone: 918-492-1266 24 hours Fax: 918-492-1276 Email: [email protected] Web: http://www.tulsabbb.org Office Hours: 9 A.M.-4 P.M. that if they return the money they stole from you, they will pass your already paid off account to a third-party collector? Let them know that you are filing criminal charges against them and proceed to do it. Then, contact the AG and file some more criminal charges. Their threat is obvious extortion and that's another criminal charge besides the theft. Most banks would kick out a check if it had the same number as a previous check. And call the FBI and report it. Banks are insured by the FDIC against things like this. That's a governmental agency and you may be able to file with them. Start making their life a legal nightmare. If they don't want to investigate it, let the authorities do it. That's what they're paid to do.

I suggest anyone that has a loan through United Cash Loans to close your bank account immediately and get another account before this company takes all of your money. They will keep trying to take money as long as they have your account information, and they can keep doing it as long as they have your information and the only way to prevent this is to get a new account with your bank. Even if the charges are reversed back into your account they can still take money out because you have already given them your account information, nothing shy of getting a new one will change the authorization.

One tip I have for those people still experiencing problems with this company, Talk to your bank immediatly and open a new bank account, once they have your account information they can still give you problems. Talk to your bank about the fraud charges, they should be able to freeze th account till the dispute is dealt with. In the mean time open a new account, you will need it.
