United Consumer Financial Servcies be careful this company doesn't send out statements! Louisville Kentucky
United Consumer Financial does not send out monthly statements like regular financial institutions. You have to call them to find out what your balance is (if you are not using their coupon book). Each month I have to call and request a letter from them indicating the balance and payoff amount. Get with it UCF! I should be getting a monthly statement especially since you are debiting my account for your payment.
