This company does not send monthly paper account activity reports so they can continue to deduct your money from your account even after the bill is paid in full. If you want to know what the payoff is you have to call and wait on the phone for someone to tell you and even then you can not be sure it is the correct amount because you don't have a paper account payment sheet in front of you. They are ripping people off. Make them stop.
