I worked for this school (California) in the "placement department," and I also worked for the Bryman School (Arizona), in Admissions. These two schools, as well as pratically all private vocational & technical schools are a big waste of time, money, and effort. Before you plunk down tons of money for a fake education, taught by someone who might have only a GED, go to a community college where you can get a quality education, taught by people with masters and doctoral degrees, and at a tiny fraction of the cost.
The motto for these schools should be: "Pay a lot more and get a lot less." Unfortunately, with a few exceptions, in these schools you have the worst possible people as teachers, and they are dealing with students who come from the lowest levels of society. Together, this makes for a big, nasty mess. The one and only motivation for these schools is money. At a community college, the motivation is to provide quality education. That is the big difference, as well as the cost difference. In a community college, the students still complain about the high cost of tuition. But, the taxpayer pays about 95% of the costs at a community college. At a private, vocational school, you usually take out a government insured loan, and then you pay that out over many years. Don't do it! Stay away from these scams and get a real education.
