United Legal Investigative Deptment - TJF Corp TJF COrp Freaked me out California
This guy called me named Officer Wilburn from the United Legal Investigation Department and said that tomorrow a series of officers were going to my work at 11am to Deliver papers for three felony counts. CT1 violation of the federal banking regulations..CT2 collateral check fraud CT3..theft by deception.. he said I took a payday loan out on dec 18 2008. I immediately freaked out because I work for the Sheriff dept and immediately thought about losing my job. While I was on the phone with him I pulled up my banking information from that month. There were no deposits. Now on Dec 16 2008 I had taken a payday loan for $200.00 out and repayed it. He said I had to come up with $748.00 today. I was frantic I did not have that kind of money. So I tried to ask him questions and he was very vague. I got his phone number and told him I would call him back within 30 minutes. He also gave me the number for TJF Corp which is what I supposedly taken the loan from. I tried calling that number and he answered!! He said his name was Bob Reed but I knew it was him,. I contacted my bank and they advised me it was a scam. I even called the payday loan company that I had taken a loan through to make sure my account was paid. I called back a third time and he answered again but gave me a name of Marcus Gibson. When I tried to get a tranaction number, court docket number, and anything like that he refused to give it to me. I told him to email me and he said that all written communications at this point were ceased. He then hung up on me.
