UNITED PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT Aka UPM ripoff, dishonest, thievery BOULDER Colorado
This company, a "property management" company, not only steals money from the pockets of their employees, but from their tenants as well. They stole nearly $1000 from me personally, and advocate their more dishonest employees to "invent" charges to their tenants. They are currently under investigation from the I.R.S. for tax fraud. They overcharge on most of their services and use "bait and switch" tactics to lure unsuspecting people in. It's almost like they're running a con game.
