United Recovery Systems Nicole Johnson Rudest Person I've ever had contact me! Internet
Nicole Johnson is the absolute Rudest person I've ever had contact me in my life! I dont even know where to start. I'm still in a lil shock that there's a company w/employees like this and what's worse is she's a MANAGER! She called me and my husbands liars saying we really had the money to pay off this credit card. We had just gotten married and said well congratulations on the wedding but if you could afford to pay for a wedding then you can afford to pay for this debt. So then I told her we didn't pay for the wedding my father did she said oh well then you can just go to him. I told her just bc he paid for my wedding doesn't mean he's a bank and can just afford to dish out loans like it's nothing. She said well it's the holidays and that's what families do for each other so if he loves you then he will give you the money you just need to ask him for it! WTH? This girl is psychotic! If it's the holidays and people should be so giving why dont you freakin pay for it w***e?! Then she told me I was lying when we said we didnt have the money that they were told we have a $8,000 line of credit available to us and $5,000 in our bank account and was yellin at me why we haven't used that to pay for the debt. I told her we've never had a line of $8,000 credit and we hadn't had $5,000 in our chking acct since January so didn't know where the hell she got that info and she tried saying it came from my husband and said Well like i said congrats on the wedding but you might want to find out what your new husband's already keeping from you. HOLY s**t!!! Did she really just say that crap to me. I told her to go to hell and I could not believe she was speaking to a customer that way. My husband never told anyone that bc I'm the one who covers all the finances and when they called him he's the one who told them to call me bc he had no clue what our financial situation was. I've googled this company after I got off the phone w/her. Tons of complaints and lawsuits. So sorry their not getting a dime from us. This was absolutely ridiculous!
