Michael Sciubba and Bob Leitenberger, United Roofing scammers INDICTED BY CAMDEN COUNTY GRAND JURY ON 05/04/07. These two losers were indicted on my case and at least one other case presented to the grand jury at the same time on same date. LOSER, LOSER, MICHAEL SCIUBBA, what will you do now besides make a false police report in Gloucester Twp on 06/06/07, and also signing a false complaint against me that I committed an act against you in Gloucester Twp, NJ, when, in fact, I moved out of state on 05/26/07. Your timing is quite suspect. You probably got your indictment notice on the morning of the 6th, then, in your usual anger mis-management style, ran to the police station and made up another story. Do you know that making a false police report is against the law? How funny it will be when the judge sees my proof that I was no where near Gloucester Twp, let alone anywhere near the state of NJ. Michael, rest assured I will NEVER drop my ciminal complaints against you. You are now INDICTED. Now is the time to admit to your dirty deeds and cut the best deal that you can. You'll probably be testifying wearing an orange jumpsuit in the civil suits. I wonder who will be the first one to tell on the other in order to get the best deal? Hmmm....You hear that, Bobby boy? I think you're a little too old to go to jail. Michael, keep making yourself look more pathetic and foolish. The end of the road for you will be these cases, you now have very little time to do the right thing, and mitigate your penalites.

Well, Michael has failed again. After seeming like he wanted to do the right thing, he did another 180 degree turn. This is what I get for giving him some positive comments. I see there is yet another new report filed against him. I will keep this update " to the facts " and not add any personal feelings. Michael had his attorney call my attorney. This attorney " duped " my attorney into believeing that if we acknowledged and promulgated positive news about Michael, things could be settled. My attorney at the time advised me to follow this. As you can see, I did do this on my report, and others. My thanks for this? Michael's attorney files a civil suit against me for defamation of character. I guess his attorney did not check this site to see all of the other complaints. I further suspect that Michael's attorney did not check on his own client's background and behavior before he took this case. If he did, he would see that the reports seem valid. I am also being accused of authoring most of these reports, and also writing others on other sites. Rest assured, all of my postings carry my name, and this is the only report I authored. I suspect pretty soon I will even be accused of being the Zodiac killer. Now it's my turn to file my Civil suits. I have retained an expert attorney who specializes in the field of contractor deficiencies and the NJ law that allows you to recover three times your damages. Instead of settling this, Michael must now pay even more attorney's fees for the multiple Civil suits my attorney is preparing, AND for the Criminal Charges that are pending indictment. Someone could declare bankruptcy and avoid paying out Civil awards, but they can not declare bankruptcy on a sentence from Criminal Charges. Michael should be thinking about that. I wonder if his civil attorney knows about this? So, that's where we are now, I get a Civil suit for being a victim. Is this a great country, or what? Of course I would still like to settle this without all of the hastles, but I wonder if this is still possible. The ball is in your court, again, Michael.

*CORRECTION TO BAD INFORMATION RECEIVED. I apparently was given bad or incorrect information about a specific aspect. The comments I made about Michael Sciubba, being confirmed as a crack head are NOT VERIFIED. The people reporting this to me have been determined to be NOT BELIEVABLE. They lied to me about other things, and therefore I have to assume that information was FALSE. I feel compelled to right that wrong, and APOLOGIZE TO MICHAEL AND ANYONE ELSE WHO MAY HAVE BEEN HURT BY THAT. I also can now report that United and Michael Sciubba have been in contact with my attorney, and Michael expressed an interest to settle the matter in a way where we will both be happy. I welcome this communication, and give Michael much CREDIT AND APPRECIATION for him reaching out. I as well, am interested in settling this matter. I will keep everyone advised of the progress.

I heard the same story from United, and all they did was try to delay any action I would take. The check never came. The owner, Michael, has written a lot of bad checks lately, and has failed to make good on them. With United, there are 10 sides to every story. He is a pathological liar. Just beware!!! I passed word to Bob, (United Consultant)that I wanted to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. Bob relayed the message to Michael. Michael called shortly after. We had a good (civil) conversation which I have to admit that I wasn't expecting because of the negative things I have read on the internet about him and the company. The gist of our conversation was that there is two sides to every story. Michael gave me the option to terminate our agreement and receive a full refund of my deposit money, which I did chose to do so. He ensured me that my deposit would be returned to me in a timely fashion. John

Sue them business wise, as well as personally and severably. File complaints with both your County Consumer Protection Div, and the NJ State Div. of Consumer Affairs. He is in jeopardy of losing his NJ Contractor's license. Trust me, I will be constantly checking and finding out if he changes his name before he gets sentenced for his charges. Loser, Criminal Michael Sciubba had charges signed against him for Theft, 3rd degree crime in NJ $16,000.00, Terroristic Threats, 3rd degree crime in NJ, and Deceptive Business Practices, offense in NJ. The best part of all is his arrest picture. You will see it shortly. The worst part of all this is that it is TRUE. This man DID TIME IN PRISON, and is still allowed to have professional business licenses in NJ. What a joke.
