1. This merchant had a signed Merchant Agreement on file acknowledging the Annual Fee and had paid it the previous 2 years as well. 2. We offer an internet based service that would allow this merchant to view their processing statement online the same day as the withdrawl. 3. The merchant never sent in a formal request for a refund in writing as it states on their merchant agreement they must do to receive a refund. 4. This merchant cancelled and was not charged the remaining $77 they legally owed per their merchant agreement as a sign of good faith and to offset the $75 in question. 5. Everything that occurred within this situation from the merchant processing end was authorized and acknowledged by the merchant via their own signature and within our legal rights.
