Complaint Review: United States Capitol - Washington DC Dist of Columbia

My name is Troy Martin, a disability recipient made to live on $600/month plus I get a check for $148 supplemental due to my father being retired and that I was disabled before the age of 22.  Based on my expenses I have a budget of $100 for housing and utilities.  According to Social Security a person’s monthly benefits amount is determined by how much they paid into the system when working.  If a person doesn’t work they get no benefits and are left to die.  Because of this policy in government I’ve either been chronically homeless or having to live in unhealthy situations which I constitute as a form of economic torture that is 100% resolvable. 

I’ve been chronically homeless as a result of government policy and I have been denied opportunity and the ability to be loving to my own body, forced to eat poisonous food or starve and torture my body just because someone can’t make money off of me. 

The government tortures people who don’t make other people with money or property more money or some kind of homage indirectly by denying them the ability to access human needs like nutrition, ethical housing and growth opportunities. 

My main complaint here is that the government is forcing a religion onto the American people and the world without knowing that it is a religion and that my living situation is a direct result of this truth.  According to the constitution the government shall not establish a religion, but it actually does.  It’s the economic system.  As the president says, “The economy is our first priority” and it is that economy that is an religion. 

A religion is a set of beliefs and practices by a group of people in order to create a desired outcome such as greater health or happiness.  Professionals, business, banking, and the judicial branch of the government are only a few examples of this religion.  The purpose of this religion is to force people to abandon their spiritual path and worship people who have money or property in exchange for the freedom to support their own physical body’s needs. 

The effect of this religion is damage to the soul’s health and because of this in order to survive physically one must sacrifice the health of their soul.  It is this damage to the soul that causes aging, suffering, and death.  So this forced religion is a torturous death sentence for every human being who is subjected to this economic regime/occupation of global human society. 

I believe in a gifting society because giving is better than receiving, as Jesus taught, because the health of the soul depends on it.  I’m a spiritual teacher, not a business man or corporate executive, so I want to give my knowledge for free and that my gift or contribution to society should not be censored because of my religious path or how much money I have, but that is exactly what is happening. 

I know these statements are incredible and possibly unbelievable which is one reason why I wrote a book in the homeless shelter I currently am staying in and explain the holy grail of life to the point of understanding aging, death, immortality, and the meaning of life and explain what needs to be done to solve every single world problem.  The book is called The Transformation of Earth’s Society into the Next Age of the Immortal Soul – a Guide on How to Save the World by Understanding the Meaning of Life and the Principles of Immortality.  You can download the free PDF file on the main page of theangelicearthproject.com.  It explains Jesus’ vision for the world in a logical and common sense way that makes what he envisions a path to life, eternal life, vs. the forced death sentence our current society unconsciously and willingly imposes on innocent people worldwide, depending on who you are.   

I ask that the government of the United States grant me judicial immunity, the same that diplomats get, not only domestically but internationally so that I may have the freedom to practice removing the cause of soul damage in my soul without interference or retaliation for my spiritual path and help spread solutions to all world problems without the interference and persecution (prosecutor/persecutor) of judicial harassment or accusations based on nothing or even implanted evidence by those hidden agenda seekers who wish to prevent knowledge of this kind from becoming exposed. 

Based on the fact that despite having to live in extreme poverty for many years and that I have not committed any crime that my character at age 41 is established as being someone who would be responsible with this privilege and that it will not be misused like the immature and irresponsible diplomats who feel that it is a license to commit petty and sometimes serious crimes. 

Short explanation: According to god’s law of desire and the law of compensation damage (called a sin) comes to the soul’s geometric shape if one supports the unethical demands of someone violating or threat of retaliation if one doesn’t meet their demands.  This is what happened to me in November of 2012 where my former landlord, Timothy Jessen, filed an eviction case against me for me following my spiritual path of soul responsibility because he didn’t get money he felt I owed him illegally.  Because I had moved out prior to him filing the eviction case, papers were served at an address I did not live at and so I had no knowledge of a court hearing.  A default judgment was made against me in my absence and now I am subjected to discrimination from the housing industry because of the eviction appearing on court records all because I followed the loving will of god, to heal my soul’s injuries so I can be healthier and happier vs. pander to the unethical and unloving demands of my landlord who was, at the time, violating many laws (coercion, intimidation, aggravation, entrapment) in order to get me to pay him money I did not owe.  This is an example of the kind of persecution people will receive by actively practicing what Jesus really taught, making followers of Jesus legal to persecute – something he mentioned at Matthew 5:11.  I feel my reason for asking for judicial immunity is based on reasonable thinking and that it would be unethical not to grant this. 

I’m also asking that I be able to receive tax deductible 501c3 status so I may be able to accept tax deductible donations without any accountability to the IRS in any way for my currently non-funded, inactive, non-profit charity project, The Angelic Earth Project (theangelicearthproject.com) so that I may be able to afford to contribute to society in ways that are intellectually beyond every politician and government employee’s comprehension including the IRS without having to be subjected to a financial prison sentence of being unable to function in society and contribute what my soul desires and feels is in the best interest of global human society.    The current requirements to get tax-deductible status require me to abandon my religious/spiritual path and sacrifice the health of my soul and include violating other people’s souls in order to get that status, meaning only those who have soul damaging beliefs, practices and missions can get tax-deductible status.  My non-profit has the potential to do more good in the world than every single non-profit and charity combined for centuries yet because I’m not a corporation with a board of directors or have money for all the necessary fees I cannot be deemed a 501c3 tax deductible charity providing a life giving need, which is providing information on how to solve every single world problem imaginable without being subjected to economic torture, that which society politely calls “poverty”, which is designed to disempower, censor, repress and torture anyone who is a follower of Jesus and make a real and true difference in society.

In summary, I am someone who knows and understands the holy grail of life and its meaning and purpose and have provided reasonable proof that I do know these things in book form, yet I am subjected to laws and policies created by people who know not these things and I find that to be subjected to an unconscious and uneducated elected leader’s decisions a total violation of my freedom as a human being as mentioned in the first amendment of the constitution and as a citizen of the United States of America.
