United States Postal Service Mailcarrier Rude unprofessional Saint Louis Missouri
The mailcarrier that serves our office building is very rude and unprofessional. On several occassions he has not picked up mail that was dropped off, or picked up mail before the dropoff deadline.
He is consistently rude and obnoxious to tenants of this buliding. He has been reported several times to our local post office- the only response that we have got is "Well I'm sorry that it happened, but............." The supervisor always proceeds to make up some excuse and nothing is ever really done about the offensive behavior and missed/early pick ups.
The rip-off here is not your run of the mill scam or stealing. It's his rudness with out penalty and unprofessional behavior that is so unfair.
The fact that we have to pay to send letters by this guy is ridiculous. It should be free..............
