This car dealer is a rip off!! They are not professional at all. They lie about their cars just to get the sale. They promise you things when you come back for any problems your car is having. They tell you to get it fixed and take them the bill and promise to pay but never do. All their employees don't even dress professional they are all dressed like if they're just hanging out. You can walk into this place and they don't even ask can I help you? They will sit there playing on their computers. I bought a car from here I am doing all the possible things to let these people kno they can't get away with this. I bought the car on a Saturday they told me to come pick it up on Monday because for safety reasons they needed to do the brakes before giving it to me.
I had told them on Saturday the tires felt funny. They said they will check them and put air if necessary. I went back on Monday to pick up the car that was supposed to be ready. They claimed to have done the brakes andput air in the tires. I left the lot one block down the car turns off. They send a guy to charge the battery. The tires were still shaky. When I complained about that they sent the car to get replacement tires which had the wires coming out of them. I had to buy a new battery because it wasn't any good had to replace the tires. The car has inner and outer tie rods that were bent because it was in afar accident which they still deny. The radiator support is fiberglass and it it ripped completely on theright side it needs ball joints it needed the brakes that were never done it needs new belts a new radiator support bearings new sensors valve cover gasket tune up. The car is completely rusting at the bottom of the car. The manager Kenyan told me to have these things fixed and that they will do the right thing to pay for the fixing and parts. Because they supposedly were not aware of all the damage. Now I'm 2 weeks in to owning this car and they are giving me the run around.
This guy Kenyan is a liar and a fraud promising things and then comes up with excuses. I will be contacting everyone I need to contact to let future buyers know not to go there.
