Universal Business Strategies rip off scam con artists Phoenix Arizona
This rip off scam con artists Don Lapre universal Business Strategies took me for $634.95. On March 7th 2003 I purchased their starting package for $54.95, and some other fee they talked me into of $24.00. Then they described how I could buy four 900 # lines for as little as $556.00 which I bought on March 17th 2003. These 900 #'s were not even set up, until i do so with one of their representitives, which never happend since I decided to go back on it. I put in for my full refund on March 28th 2003, which I had 1 month to actually request for my refund. So, they asked me to send back all my documents on the 900 #'s, as well as everything in the starting package, in order to collect my full refund. So They received everything back on April 7th 2003, in the afternoon. My refund never went through. It is now July 30th. It has now been a good four months. I have tried all their 900#'s and have been getting nothing but busy tones or out of service. If anyone can help me get my money back from them It is greatly appreciated!
