Universal capital logistics Stole 700.00 from us sent contract needed insurance for loan Pacific loan Company No moeny sent to us Corona, California
I applied for a loan for 10,000.00 I was contacted By a Kate Hill from this company stating we got the loan then I was called again saying tat Pacific insurance company wanted moeny as we were high riskdue to our bankruptcy. We sent 500.00 on 5/16/10 then neer got our funds called them and were told the insurance company wanted another 200.00 and after we got our loan we would need to send the insurance company another 199.00 to meet insurance requirements, we still do not have our loan I was called by anothe employee who said he was the manager over Kate Hill and assured me we would get our funds now we keep being told they mssd the dead line and it is now with customer servie and took longer as they had to re do the contract to chage insurance amunt.
We started May 16 it is now May 21 and we have not gotten a dime .I have taped all of the convesations with this company and I want my money or let me know how to get my 700.00 back I am on social security disability I told them that I could send the moneyas lnd as I got mu loan as I would be using my car payment and power bill money to do the loan as it wa supposed to be a unsecured loan . Do I have any recurse without getting an attorney or shoulkd I start the process of contacting legal aid as do to my income I cannot afford an attorney on my own and have had to use legl aid before. I want my loan or deposit back and I would like some honest answers from this firm
