What can I say about a company that's playing shell games and not paying their bills? If you use their service you’ll have carriers demand payment. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BE WARE.
Universal Dynasty, Inc. is the new MegaTrux, Inc. Steve Renshaw worked for MegaTrux they closed their doors in March and did not pay many carriers that actually delivered the freight paid for fuel, drivers pay etc.... Columbus Freight, Inc. was owed $13,900 by MegaTrux, Inc. when they disappeared. Universal Dynasty, Inc. appeared and started offering carriers freight that picked up at the same facility formally MegaTrux, Inc. facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. They claim they are different companies but everywhere the signs still hang for MegaTrux(driver took pics). The shippers that dealt with MegaTrux are now dealing with SNA Transportation, Inc. which is the same as Universal Dynasty, Inc.
It's confusing I know but trust me you don't want these idiots to handle any of your freight because the carriers will demand money for past due freight charges from MegaTrux, Inc. when they put the puzzle together they are all the same thing.

I will keep this fight on cause it's worth the cause. SNA Transportation, Inc. does not have brokers authority. They use Universal Dynasty brokers authority to re-broker freight. They are in violation of Map-21 that took effect in 2012. Becareful of them..

Universal Dynasty Rebuttal of False Allegations

The following will be the facts as Universal Dynasty understands them as well the legal actions taken because of the false and damaging allegations to said company.
Tony K aka Columbus Freight has alleged that Mega Trux owed owner operators thousands of dollars for loads which these drivers had delivered for such company. After many years of operation Mega Trux apparently had gone out of business. Universal Dynasty does not have any knowledge of debt owed by Mega Trux. After Mega Trux had closed its doors, Universal Dynasty hired some of the employees of said company.
Tony K aka Columbus Freight incorrectly assumed that Mega Trux was connected with Universal Dynasty and believed such company fell under the corporate umbrella of SNA Transportation. SNA Transportation is the parent company of Universal Dynasty. There was never any business association or connection between Mega Trux and Universal Dynasty even though Tony K alleged that there was an association. Universal Dynasty cooresponded with Tony K on multiple occasions attempting to explain that there was no association but unfortunately to no avail.
Tony K hijacked a very expensive and highly important Universal Dynasty load from a warehouse because he believed Universal Dynasty somehow owed him money from past delivered loads. Tony K used this load for exstortion purposes and demanded a very hefty payment in order for Universal Dynasty to get the load back. Because of the high value and import nature of this load, Universal Dynasty was held hostage and paid this fee in order to save the relationship with such client. Even after Universal Dynasty paid this exstortion fee, Tony continued to attempt to damage Universal Dynasty's reputation by submitting this false report which Universal Dynasty is responding too.
Universal Dynasty has reported in kind by filing legal claims of damage and lawsuits to the courts of law. Please feel free to review these files as I will attching the legal documents with this response.
