I placed an order for blood pressure medicine. I was never told that they did not have a Doctor on staff and that they would be contacting my Doctor.

The problem here is that I had just moved back fro the Grand Cayman Island, BWI after a 16 month absense from the USA. Also, I am now residing in Georgia and not Florida where my old Doctor is in practice.

I waited forr several weekks and finally called them and was informed they were waiting for a reply from my Doctor.

My bank account debit card was charged with the non refundable $19.95. Another phone call several weeks later gave me the same answer - "Still waiting".

To add insult to injury, I was then billed another $19.95 which was automatically deducted from my bank account. I immediately called and was told it was nd error and that a credit would be forthcoming. This conversation was in the early part of April and to date no refund.

I have since tried to contact them but only get a recording and am then cut off.

In my opinion, this is nothing short of theft and endangering the health of those who need their medication.
