The owners name is Gagik for universal travel and tours, Gagik and his illegal employees do fraudulent business by using a bait and switch tactic. Basically they have a shipping service where you can take items and ship them internationally. The fee is reasonable for the amount of days it takes to get to the destination. However, what they hide from you is the additional fees you will be charged once the item is received at the destination.
We are not the first and wont be the last if this fraudulent business is not stopped from committing fraud and ripping off their customers.

Why would you SHIP items with a "travel and tour" company? It would be like complaing about the bad seats you got on a UPS or FedEx flight. It's not really their business.
