You can see my other rebuttle to this same type of complaint. (my Name is Lisa Hollister, I am an advsor here at UPC) Our policy is a "point guarantee", that means you actaully have to use it. The 30 day trial, also means you have to at least use it. How can you be dissatidfied with a product, and want to return it if "You son never used it?" Seems as though you took longer to write details of times and dates and peoples names that work here, than you did trying to help you son study for the exams.

I received a check yesterday 10/15 from UPC. It is very sad to me that, because of their continued inappropriate responses to me, I have ZERO confidence in them. I don't even trust the check that I received. Now, I just pray that the check is legit. Time will tell....
The entire process of dealing with this company has been ridiculously frustrating!
I do not recommend ordering from them...EVER!
