Netzero will not answer their phones. They have an automated answering service that just puts you on hold if you ask for "Billin". I contacted my bank and was able to get reimbursed for ALL of the charges dated back to October. Having to file a claim is not bad, but I also had to cancel my ATM/Credit card and get a new one to keep Netzero from using my account again. The bank will be investigating Netzero.
