Uplifting PCH Akeem Proctor, Cynthia Proctor Company runs a personal care home for the elderly and they scam their employees out of the paying for the work they have given. Houston Texas
Akeem Proctor is the name owner of the company Uplifting PCH, but his grandmother Cynthia Proctor makes most of the egregious decisions against their employees. Pay dates are supposed to be on the 1st and the 15th of every month. However, Akeem and Cynthia Proctor believes they are justified in paying employees whenever they feel like it. If an employee questions their actions they will retaliate against thus said employee. ie. Termination or take the employees off the work schedule. They are very unprofessional people. I feel sorry for the residents in their care.
