I ordered flowers online on 6/2/2006 to be delivered on 6/3/2006 for a special anniversary. I received two emails from Urban Florist. The first stated they had received my order. The second one stated that the order had been placed with the florist for delivery on 6/3/2006. This second email is the one the web site states actually indicates your order has been accepted and will be delivered. No flowers were delivered on 6/3/2006. I was charged for the purchase on 6/5/2006. Today is 6/12/2006 and the flowers have still not been delivered. After trying unsuccessfully to reach Urban Florist by telephone, I sent an email to customer service on 6/4/2006 notifying them of the non-delivery. I have continued calling them by using every phone number listed on their web site since then and have never been able to reach anyone to talk to. I sent another email on 6/12/2006.
