I am a customer of Us Auto Sales in Union City, Ga. I have had my Chrysler 2000 [2014] for less then a yr. I have been experiencing problems with the power steering. I've been trying to get repair services for my vehicle for the last pass two months only to be giving the run around. I finally got and appt. for last friday to bring my car in for service [I have a warranty that applies I must use only there service vendors or mechanics]. I drop my car off friday morning at 7:30am they kept my car for 8 hrs only for me to be told that I would need to bring my car back in on Monday so that a rod can be put in because the mechanic stated that it broke as he was taking my car down off the hydrologic lift.

The mechanic (Charles) stated that he would be able to replace the rod in the car & that should clr up any issues Ive been experiencing [ Not true]. I bring the car back on the following Monday the car was lift again with the supervisor of the service center (Travis) no last names are ever giving. Well now 3:30 pm has rolled around it's time for me to get off work Im call the service reps trying to speak with someone to see if my car is ready for pick up but I could never get anyone to pick up so I leave work in a Uber get to thr service center speak with Travis I informed him that Ive been trying to reach him all day but could not leave a message do to the fact of his messages being full Travis states to me yea I dont clr my messages for a reason [hint: dont want to respond to his customer].

Ok so Charles who is the mechanic that worked on my car brings my car to the front of the Garage he calls me over to the car and states after I replaced the rod on your vehicle it turn out I will have to replace the traction clock [this controls the traction sensor in the car] which now has now triggered my sensor now my traction alert light is on (which was not on when I brought the car in). On the drive home I get a call from Charles he ask me if I notice fluids leaking from my car because he notice a big puddle of red fluids when I drove off coming from underneath the car. Im responded how can I if Im driving so he ask how is the steering is it hard to turn I stated no so he says keep and eye on it and let him no I said ok and ended the call.

As I pull into my drive way I notice smoke coming from underneath my hood I lift the hood only to find power steering fluid splattered all over my engine leaking all out from the rod that was just put in and the rod is so loose that it falls out the socket when I touched it. I immediately get back on the phone to call the shop only to get the answering machine because they where closed for the day. Now he it is today I had to take off work again to bring my car back in for repair on the same thing that was suppose to have been repaired the day before. Ohh and did I mention that they expect me to pay 100.00 deductible towards my warranty for the repai service. Ive been call around all morning trying to speak to someone in corporate or a manager over the service center but to no avail. This has been the worst experience in my life & whos going to compensate me for my loss wages?
