Wow!  

In 2005, my father built a house in Harlingen,Tx.  He tried to sell it, he put my brother in charge of finding a buyer, but my brother failed.  So in 2010, he asked me (his son) , to try to take over the house and put it under my name.  Well I did. In Oct 2010 we went through the whole process and sooner than later, I was on the name of the house and paying payments to my very first home.  

Im April of 2013 I lost my job.  I was without work for 3 months.  I fell behind on  my mortgage payment and then got myself a new job, which wasnt as much pay as my other job, but still it was slowly was surely making me enough to make the payment.  Well soon, US Bank began calling me and requested that I get into the HAMP.  I faxed all of the requested information to the bank.  I was then assigned a relationship manager.  

I thought cool!  Now I feel safe, I will be on contact with this person and sort things out.  

 

Well I get a call from customer service asking me to fax everything for the HAMP application again,  So I did!

Cost me another arm and a leg ..  $45  its like 25 pages long.  

So here I am thinking that everythings squared away.  

 

I get another call 2 weeks later asking me to fax everything again!!!  I ask what is going on here?  I cannot keep doing this over and over, it costs me money, money that I need to pay my bills since I am not making as much as I used to.  

 

I asked to speak with my relationship manager (which I have never spoken to before)  they transferred me, went straight to voicemail.  I left a voicemail and asked him to call me back asap. 

 

Never!  Never once did I receive a call back or a voicemail showing that he called me.  

After a whole month leaving voicemails, I was tired, I called customer service and complained about not being able to contact my relationship manager and what was the purpose of having one if they dont even make contact with you.  They apologized and requested I be assigned a new one.  So they assigned me a new relationship manager.  

 

This new relationship manager named Floyd Hoover never ever made contact with me for 2 months.  I did the same d**n thing with him, I left voicemails, had customer service try contacting him, had them leave voicemails too.  Finally I get a call from him, he calls me to tell me that I need to fax again all of the documention for the HAMP program, and that it needs to be faxed in within 3 business days.  I was sooo pissed off and told him I already did this 2 times already!  He told , I apologize blah blah blah   but you need to fax it again because they dont have it.  I was so pissed off, I didnt even have the money to fax this out.  

I had to beg some one to fax the documents for me for free at an office nearby.  They did thank fully!

 

So I faxed the docs.  Call Floyd Hoover to let him know that they have been faxed, he then tells me  unfortunately faxes take up to 48 hours to recieve. He tells me that if he doesnt receive them in the next 24 hours, then he is sending my acct to foreclosure.    I was like OMG!   You called me to tell me that most likely he wont get the faxes on time,.  Its a big screw up. 

 

 

Unfortunately something has come up and I have to leave in a hurry.  But this whole US BANK HOME MORTGAGE thing is screwed up big time!   I hate it!  

 

I feel like Im being played around and want to take action. I want to make some money off of these bastards! They have wasted my time in thinking I was getting help, but instead getting played.  I know Im not alone and Ive seeen all of the complaints on here about them.  I plan on suing them and making them pay for my time wasted!

I too would like to be contacted, but I don't know how we can exchange info on this site. I have started a huge ordeal over this, and I'm trying to make a big enough scene to get them to notice. So far their "social media" ambassador has contacted me to investigate. i gather that will work a lot faster if I keep posting against them they obviously do not wanna have people like me blasting them on the internet! If there's a way we can find contact, I figured if we can collect all the people on here in this situation we can really get their attention. I have seen many reports like this and I'm sick of playing nice.
