I  used  11,900  US Bank  rewards  points  for  a  Sony  Blu-ray Wifi  DVD  player.  According  to  US Bank  these  11,900  points  are  worth  $ 238,-   On  their  rewards  website  this  item  was  described  as  a  W-Fi  DVD  player  with the  SKU  Number  64884.

On my  rewards points  statement  the  item  that  I  ordered  posted  correctly  "Sony Blu-ray Wi-Fi  DVD  Player"   but  when  I  received  the  box  with  the  item  the  shipping  slip  only  talked  about  a  Sony Blu-Ray DVD  Player   (without  Wifi),  however  the  SKU  was  the  same:  64884.

I  called  US  Bank  immediately  and  told  them  that  I  ordered  a  Wifi  DVD  player  and that  the  item  that  I  received  was  different  from  what   I  ordered.   They  transferred  me  to  their  "Awards Headquarters"   but  they  refused  to  talk  to  me  or  to  provide  a  RMA  number  for  a  return.   

I  went  to  one  of  their  branches,  explained  the  situation  and   asked  the  lady  to  escalate  the  issue.   She  was  rude  and  arrogant  and   was  not  even  willing  to  call  her  supervisor.   The  only  answer  was  "We  don't  have  anything  to  do  with  this,   nothing  we  can  do  about  it."
