"To Chris...I have read a lot of I am the law's comments...and I have never seen him 'hurl insults' nor have I seen him 'speak without having something constructive to say'. Almost every person who DISAGREES with the initial ROR (especially on this subject) is then accused of being, mean, rude, unhelpful, an employee of the company on file, etc." You obviously haven't seen most of his posts then. Calling someone "dead from the neck up" isn't an insult? Telling someone to get a spell checker for their PC isn't an insult? Telling someone "Looking at your spelling and grammar, I'm not surprised they couldn't explain it to you" isn't an insult? That's only a few of many. Go look for yourself. Maybe you don't think those comments are insulting but I do.

"'I am the law', how about genuinely offering advice instead of hurling insults at people because they dare to cross the almighty US Bank? If you can't come up with something constructive to say, why are you even speaking?" You know...I have been reading some of these reports lately, and have found that every report is almost EXACTLY THE SAME. No matter how you want to twist the "circumstances" of the order in which you purchased items you didn't have the money for...you OVERDREW. I have NEVER had an overdraft that wasn't my own fault (luckily this happened 10 years ago when I was 16...and I quickly learned how to manage my money). I totaly understand that being overdrawn is frustrating, and frankly, a scary and really bad feeling. HOWEVER...trying to divert the blame for your mistakes is a mistake in itself. To Chris...I have read a lot of I am the law's comments...and I have never seen him "hurl insults" nor have I seen him "speak without having something constructive to say". Almost every person who DISAGREES with the initial ROR (especially on this subject) is then accused of being, mean, rude, unhelpful, an employee of the company on file, etc. With all due respect, to everyone...why is it, one side of opinion is ok, and yet the other is not?

Do you think your atm card is a "payday loan" device? I'm glad the bank stuck it to you! I hope they close your account for engaging in fraud against them! You KNOWINGLY took money from your account on 2 different occasions that you did not have in your account! That is FRAUD. You are the only one who engaged in a rip off here. The bank followed the terms and conditions you agreed to when you opened the account. No rip off here. Making multiple small transactions like the Starbucks coffee, etc is a very bad idea, as is multiple small atm transactions which you pay a fee for each. That is just stupidity and poor financial management. Get a grip!

"Does this really make sense??" No. Absolutely not. Try punctuation and using a spell checker.

Like most banks, US Bank processes transactions from largest to smallest. They will take all of the transactions that came in that day and start with the biggest one and work their way down. This would have happened at any bank.
