I have been victimized by this company, particularly last year, right after Christmas. I made a deposit that, according to their rules, should have been available. Instead, 7 or 8 different debit or visa check card purchases were approved, with each one plunging my account's available balance further and futher below 0.

With all the other institutions I have banked with, if I try to make an ATM and my account balance doesn't cover it, then the ATM is denied.

When this happened to me last year, one of the ATM's I made that brought my balance well below zero was from a US BANK ATM MACHINE! I put in my card and asked to get $40 back and I shockingly looked at my receipt and found out my balance was something like a negative $200! This bank approves ATM or visa card purchases when the available balance is negative. And then for each one of those purchases a $32 charge is levied. That came out to about $200 for me. And on the day that these 7 or 8 transactions happened, a deposit I had made the previous business day was supposed to fully be available. My online statement showed that it did become availabe that business day, but not until after those other 7 transactions happpened. How convenient. STOP STEALING!!
