U. S. Cellular postponed sending me a statement when due last month, then this month sent a past due notice. This happened even though I have an automatic withdrawal arrangement with my checking account.
The bill that I finally received did not make sense and did not explain the new features since I upgraded with a new phone that is supposed to be wonderful but is not. During billing periods, I have tried several times to go online to check my usage status. What was posted made no sense.

If you paid attention and called Us Cellular they are telling customers that there billing system is going through a upgrade and that some bills went out that where not correct ,I know because I got one and upon calling about it I was given a credit for the error .
