Once again my son's account is a mess. In the last year, they locked the account forcing him to pay for new cards under the guise of fraudulent activity from France then Russia. Both times 0 evidence of this. Online in the account nor them being able to provide it. Fast forward to the 19th of October 2017 and now there are 2 charges totaling $60 from " " and " " Literally Quotation marks. For Debit adjustment. Reading terms of service states these are done to recoup overpayments, funny because as it turns out I am his payee and have kept a PDF and paper printed copy of every months statement for 7 years. Not 1 time has there been an overpayment. I also went over every charge/credit and totals, all is right. I have dealt with CSR 4 times I know The drills I also know he can kiss that $6 goodbye. He is severely disabled, 38 years old and has been all his life. SS deemed in-kind income due to the amount I make yearly so he gets a measly tithe of 344.65 a month.
LET THAT SINK IN... Regardless of what I make - less than 400 a month and they took $60 of it. Not right, sick of it have a meeting with my brothers tomorrow. My youngest brother is a forensic account my oldest brother a lawyer who owns the biggest firm in Michigan.
I am fed up to the neck up and since I will not have to pay them to go after anyone and everyone in all legal ways imaginable, we plan on it. BE READY USCAMEXPRESS. You have scammed the nephew of the largest law firm in Michigan and one who's aunt is City attorney, another uncle on mothers side Mayor of influential wealthy cities. WE WILL NOT LET THIS ONE GO. Further, we have many contacts in media and my brother, the attorney many on his payrolls like private investigators and PR consultants. Expect articles in the Freep and Detroit News. SO many you have scammed and I they along with whom my family is will bring our combined might down upon you. I had no clue how many they are stealing from until COnsumer affairs, here and after a phone call with a politician. will see this one brought to light for all who are seniors and/or disabled
