U.S. Gaurdian, First Capital Consumers Group consumer fraud ripoff dishonest ripoffs Buffalo New York
A credit card company called me 8/23/02 claiming I was preapproved for a mastercard called u.s. gaurdian.For a 199.00 one time fee I would receive this card plus a application for a visa card that I was approved for a visa card.They took my info and said someone from the security dept. would call me back in 30 minutes to verify my info {name,bank account,ect.}They did, then I felt something was'nt right and tried to find a website or something with more info.
I do a search and all I get are websites asking if you,ve been scamed by first capital consumers group, my heart dropped and I could,nt believe what I was reading.I called my bank to do a stop payment before they hit me.I gave my bank the names u.s. gaurdian and first capital consumers group,but I,m worried they may use another name to debit my account.I also gave them the dollar amount,I hope that helps.
They also told me I could call and cancel but no one ever answers the phone.Here are all the phone #'s I've collected off the you've been scamed websites, 416-363-5296,416-488-4664,416-921-0871,416-289-3634,416-363-7202,416-363-9715,416-363-5667,1-800-310-6616,416-488-4664,416-488-8103,416-289-3001,716-876-8559,416-921-3751.I have tried them all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
