US Guardian ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Florida
I received a call at home stating that US Guardian had a $2000 visa and a $2500 mastercard preapproved (unsecured) and all I had to do was pay a one time fee of $199.
I was unsure about it, but the caller started mentioning well known card companies that they represent. I fell for it, and gave them the information to do an electronic transfer from my checking account. It cleared on 8/23/02.
They said that I should receive it in 7-14 days. 9/6/02 will be the 14 day mark. I have not received anything to this date. From what I have read so far, I do not expect to receive what they promised.
