US Imaging Systems sends you toner not ordered and requested. Then will not receive returned items. When attempt to return item, finally got a return label from them but they say they can not refund items due to over 60days. They delayed the return over 60 days stalling the process and now still will not refund. Submitted complaints via BBB and FTC. Beware of this company.
