I have been doing a lot of research on this company and they have ripped off many people including myself. I am a licensed insurance agent. I paid money to have appointments set for me. The first red flag should have been that they will only take a check or money order for the first batch of appointments they will set for you. This is so you can not dispute the charges with your credit card company. After I paid for my leads, I received the schedule for the days it would take to schedule the appointments that I had bought. The lead cost was $34.00 each and that included the health screening questions. If the client answered yes to any health questions they were not to be scheduled for me.
My first 2 appointment were horrible! Both individuals were not qualified amongst other things. I submitted my concerns via email and called with limited response and was told to fill out a form for each lead. I did just that and was told I should be credited. The next day I was sent 2 more leads and they were not qualified, but it was clearly on the lead sheet that they were not qualified. I figured we need to get this worked out asap so we can continue to do business together, I called and emailed and got no response after attempting to reach someone several times. I emailed them asking them to cease setting any additional appointments until we get the situation remedied. They sent me additional leads all NOT qualified on the health screening and stated I need to fill out a form and resend it to them for each lead I was disputing.
I believe there goal is to take the money and run and make the tasks so overwhelming that people will just let it go. I am just not that person. They pretty much stole my money! I asked for a refund and they would not send me my money back and that is when I started to research the company. I found out that 1 guy, Vladmir Opra is the single manager to all of the assumed names that I listed. The girls that you do reach go by several names. For example, Monica potter at US leads is also Rebecca Blake at New Leads. They have a pretty big scam going on.
Listen to this, after our phone altercation of my demanding my money back, when I called again from that number, I would get a message stating that the number was disconnected, but if I called from another number or a blocked number, the number worked just fine. In addition, I found out this guy became a US citizen in 2008, but he thinks it is okay to rip us off? How digusting! I would warn you to be very careful and research any company you deal with. There are so many reports made about the names I gave you, but it just seems no one put all of the pieces together.
I did send Valdimir an email and he did not respond to me. I hope this helps!

It seems as though some of the names were smushed together so I am including them in this extra post for your benefit.
The name of the company that is registered with the Texas Secretary of State is:
Telemarketing 21 , LLC
The assumed names they have are as follows:
Vladimir Opra is list as the Single Manager. This is all public information and I apologize if anything is spelled wrong. I was so upset from being ripped off!
