This report is about problems experienced with non-payment of case submission and the switch/deactivation of my replicated website. Stan Schultz, President of US Loss Mitigatio Services d/b/a Schultz & Schultz Enterprises. Inc. sold me over the telephone a training manual. "Becoming A Loss Mitigation Specialist" and a replicated website www.uslossmitigation.com/aprinceon 09-12-2005 for the total price of $583.85. A short time after an application for foreclosure prevention was processed from my website which resulted in a successful transaction. I was not paid. I spoke with Peggy Orye, Director of Operations. She told me that its just a matter of time. I have not been paid to this day. I complained to the point she would not speak to me. I would only get her voicemail.

What you will see is the website of Peggy Orye, Director of Operations. This is evident at advertising posted at: www.nationwideadvertising.com, www.adv-marketing.com/business/basrv.htm, www.richmond.craigslist.org, www.usradio.net, www.landandfarm.com.

Peggy Orye will capture all applicants who respond to my paid advertising. My loss is her gain until I can contact advertisers to remove all ads. I want Stan Schultz to refund the $583.85 which appears on my credit card statement. All pertinent documents and data to support this report is available. Thank you for your time and service. Anthony (((ROR REDACTED FULL NAME FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) purchased his website and manual from USLM on 9/12/2005 with a 3 day recission of cancellation. His performance guarentee/contract was in effect after that 3 days passed. We were notified by several of Mr. ---- clients for non contact in which we directed them accordingly and helped. USLM attempted a contact, left a voice mail and disconnected his website to forward to the hope office until further contact from him was to be made. Oviously we need to be client centered as we have provided an excellent service for over 20 years. We have installed there QA policy's to ensure that level of excellence stays consistent. This disconnection does not affect their status as an associate not dealing with USLM. The agreement signed is still in effect and Mr. ---- website was to reset upon his contact. The 583.85 was returned to Mr. Prince accoridngly upon his request after finally speaking to him due to all the miscommunication. Stan Schultz Poquson, VA U.S.A.
