Anthony (((ROR REDACTED FULL NAME FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) purchased his website and manual from USLM on 9/12/2005 with a 3 day recission of cancellation. His performance guarentee/contract was in effect after that 3 days passed. We were notified by several of Mr. ---- clients for non contact in which we directed them accordingly and helped. USLM attempted a contact, left a voice mail and disconnected his website to forward to the hope office until further contact from him was to be made. Oviously we need to be client centered as we have provided an excellent service for over 20 years. We have installed there QA policy's to ensure that level of excellence stays consistent. This disconnection does not affect their status as an associate not dealing with USLM. The agreement signed is still in effect and Mr. ---- website was to reset upon his contact. The 583.85 was returned to Mr. Prince accoridngly upon his request after finally speaking to him due to all the miscommunication. Stan Schultz Poquson, VA U.S.A.
