US Tax Solution, - US Tax Sol. - USTAXSO ripoff, Liars, Employee asked wife for sex , nude photos, etc. all done repeatedly on business phone and time. Whittier California
US Tax Solution employee working on our case, Oscar Favela used companys time, phone, and computer to make personal advances towards my wife. I also found evidence of them comunicating via e-mailed that also included inappropiate content.
I was tipped off by our cell phone bill. It showed excessive longdistance phone calls to US Tax Sol. and from US tax Sol. She confessed to the truth when confronted. Oscar Favela told her he would be able to reduce our taxes with the IRS from 33K to 3K and was the only reason why she followed along with him, inorder to help our case.
I then soon after called US Tax Sol. and spoked with Richard Schultz. I informed him why I no longer want US Tax Sol. representing our case with the IRS due to Oscar's Actions towards my wife. He informed me Oscar Favela is no longer there. He refused to give me a full refund and explained it had nothing to do with US Tax Sol. If so then why is Oscar Favela no longer there?

I understand your pain, but your wife is an adult and therefore makes her own decisions. I side with Mr. Shultz on this one. The guy may no longer be there because of something he did/didn't do at work, not what happened between you and your wife. Best of luck with your tax dilemma.
