This service was dialed by accident due to using a 1-800 vs 1-866. Once called you are unaware of whom you dialed until after you hear some deal they are selling. The most popular is the $100 Gift Voucher  you can receive for signing up for their two subscription services for only $1.98/$5.99 depending on when you call. They inform you that, should you not cancel their services after a 15 day period you will be charged monthly a substantial amount for two (separate) accounts and services. 

Needless to say,after purchasing, trying and cancelling in September, there is still no voucher. I called the 800 number, and unless you choose the option to buy the voucher, got kicked to a 411 calling center. The second time I chose the to "subscribe" and spoke to a human who verified that I had registered in September. She then told me I would have to call two other numbers during their operating hours to have it sorted out. Now it has become a game of numbers.
