USA Cash Advance/ Hudson Law Firm Sueing Scam to get money, Internet
I received a voicemail from a lady that I could barely understand and she called form a 901 area code # which is Tennessee and she left the # of 425-606-3573. I called the # back because the voicemail state that my social security # has been used in fraud and a case has been filed against me. When I called back I got transfered 3 times before speaking to someone else who I barely understood who told me I need to pay a fee to clear up an account from USA Cash Advance which I have never dealt with. The man states that he represents Hudson Law Frim in Pala Pala California. He states that I will go to jail if I don't pay and like I told him I don't have any affilation with this company now or ever. I have the bank statements to prove it and I will be calling an attorney because this is harrasment. He states that he has legal paperwork and I can only get it if I have an attorney call. For someone to call and threatening your lively hood is not cool at all and this company or these people should be prosected for doing such a thing.

Next time they call demand that they send you proof of the debt by certified mail.
