Big on ebay. Bought items from him. Received the wrong package. Will NOT respond to emails to return wrong package and send my stuff. Can't contact by phone because he won't erase his messages. DAVID HERZOG is a liar and cheat. BEWARE OF THIS GUY.

Back in 2002, I bought a game on EBay for my son from this company and they sent me the wrong version. I ordered the Dream Cast version and they sent me the PC version.

I called the number on the receipt and had the same problem with the voice mail being full all the time. Called during different times of the day and no answer. Also emailed complaint to the address on the receipt and through their web page and still no response. One time I was able to leave a voice message and no response.

It is interesting that years later the same issues arise from this corrupt company.

One final note this was the last time I ever made a purchase on EBay. They also were useless to resolve this problem. My cost was $11 for the product and $5 for shipping, so I took it as a learning experience.

I THOUGHT THIS KIND OF EXCITEMENT ONLY OCCURS WHEN THEY KNOCKED DOWN THE BERLIN WALL!!..HAHAHHAHA..SO LOOONG DAVID HERTZOOGGYYY..HAHHA..I KNOW WHY DAVID SHUT DOWN HIS EBAY STORE, I GET IT NOW, IT'S OBVIOUS!! I checked out the past behavior of this David Herzog. By simply checking on E-bay, I learned that this individual/his company clearly has problems with orders, for one reason or another. He speaks of being "legit", which is laughable, considering his record on Ebay, which is easily viewed by anyone. Even while considering his target buyers (immature types, who regularly play video games) he still has A LOT of negative feedback. Simply put: DON'T BUY FROM THIS MAN/BUSINESS. Bad business speaks for itself, and here you have Ebay telling you in plain English that this company, etc, has bad practices; Even an autistic monkey can understand the rating system. So go find your product elsewhere, and therefore discourage bad customer service, as a bad business can only survive so long as *ignorant* customers patronize it. I apologize if I hurt anyone's feelings, and I am sorry you were taken for a ride, if you bought from this company/person, who so clearly does NOT care about your happiness with a product or service. While on Ebay, I NEVER buy from people with a lot of bad feedback. It never pays. Sometimes, I am sure you get away with it, but it is Russian Roulette, nevertheless. Reward those exceptional sellers who have consistently good feedback, and you will be rewarded with a consistently good product OR services. I hope you have found a way to resolve your problems. And to Mr. Herzog; learn better customer service, or get out of the business. In America, we have famously good customer service, as compared to the rest of the world; please don't try to destroy that reputation; The customer is always right. I believe that. Karma, good luck, and a happy resolution to all. May you all have learned something.

Mr. Herzog: You state that you "would've helped her" had she followed the normal proceedures through eBay. The implication being that you refuse to help her now. If you are such a reputable eBay seller, why not go ahead and make things right with your customer instead of offering up lame excuses for not doing so?

She is wrong, she should have sent us an email as do all our customers. We do not have to return calls nor answer them as we are an online sales company. We do stand behind everythig we sell and will always offer replacements or refunds when not happy. Clearly this individual is upset but we sell to hundreds of thousands of customers so yes we will have some unhappy ones. We wouldve helped her if she followed the normal ebay route of email correspondence. If you want the lowest prices on hard to find games and accessories come to egameuniverse on ebay.
