Karen, It doesn't matter if you have a verbal contract or not. This company failed to meet their part of the contract; you received nothing for your money. Go to your bank and file an ACH fraud complaint form. Since you received no product, the fraud is theft by deception. Have them put the money back into your account and then change your bank account number. Next, go file in small claims court. If your bank is successful in putting the money back into your account, you can always cancel. However, file nonetheless and ask for filing fees. Get the routing number and account number of USA Magazine from your bank. They will have that information because they know where your money went. Take that information to court because you will win without trouble since you received no product. Then file for garnishment on that account for immediate payment. Then go to your states attorney generals web page and file an online complaint. Go to www.google.com and key in your state name followed by attorney general. Good luck
