We have an automated system and allow our servers to adjust various information in their profile but only display the pricing they agreed to when they register online with us. Being automated we cannot allow pricing to be changed without our approval. The process of events which actually occurred here are quite different than described and the notification on the price increase was only made after the service was willingly accepted and completed. As stated the current pricing agreed to is displayed and available to view within ones online account and all orders must be accepted by the individual online. We never recived any calls regarding any price changes until after service was accepted and completed. This individual was notified that she could reduce the coverage area to avoid being notified on future orders that fall outside the range that could be covered for the price agreed. This has also gone to arbitration with the New Jersey Attorney General's office and we provided all of the facts and the case was closed.

This newly founded company of only 2 and a half years does not have professional business practices. They block a "vendor" from allowing price and/or rate increases, and will not pay you for your time, gas or serve, they are a rip off. Pleae beware not to do business with them.
