USAA Federal Savings Bank TCPA, FDCPA, FCRA violations San Antonio Texas
I have been trying to obtain documents for 2 auto loans, credit cards and bank account for over 1 yr. from USAA. They refuse to release these documents. I have been locked out of my account and I was told by their employee Andrew Schorn, director of member debt solutions on October 12, 2015 meeting that I could obtain the documents by going to mobile USAA, that did not work as I have tried numerous times.
In the meantime USAA placed 271 calls to me within a 3 month period, after I revoked their permission to call me. Their intentions were to harass me by placing up to 9 calls a day a big TCPA violations.
I am filing a class action lawsuit against them of several other violations. If you want to join the lawsuit, contact me at usaaclassactions at gmail.
They are stalking me on facebook, copying my pics of rock, birds, ocean etc, to show they know where I am and what I am doing to harass me further.
