USAA Federal Savings Bank takes advantage of its base of docile military customers as well as the general public to offer terrible service and constantly freeze ATM and Credit cards for no good reason and to make it very difficult to get the cards which people like myself depend on unfrozen. USAA uses robo calling, long hold times with frequent disconnects when you do get connected and very arrogant tactics. I have been a customer for years and virtually never have any fraud, yet every time I use my ATM card it is frozen. Frequently my credit cards are frozen. Dealing with the company is awful and time wasting.
if you need good customer service with a credit card, I strongly urge you to use D******* and beware of what to expect if you use USAA. This is not an anonymous post USAA. I want USAA to know who posted it. My zip code is 33157.
