I filed a property claim for a brek in on my usaa claim on sept 15 2013. After several phone interviews and three months I was told my claim would be denied because they dont cover if the break in is considered domestic..Know the police conducted there investigation and stated on there report that is was a simple burgulary and mentioned nothing about it being domestic but apparantly the insuance company knows more that the local authorities. I was told by the USAA investigator Ryan Seigler that I was a liar and the break in was a scam that they had a picture of one of the items that I claimed was stolen and the picture was taken in my home after the incident was reported. No one from USAA has ever been to my house to even know what it looks like and after repeated requests for them to show me a copy of this so called evidence they have failoed to send myself or the police a copy which seems very suspicious to me
