Usaa ripoff, unfair, suppose to try and help you, ridiculous, cocky, San Antonio Texas
Well I was on my way home one day because I needed to go to bed for work the next day. I was stopped turning left with my turn signal on when this guy comes flying behind me and slams into me. Mind you I was stopped turning left and had been so for about a good minute before this happened.
After the impact the guy tried to run from the scene but i got his license plate number. I had to have my car towed to the body shop and was very happy with Usaa's service then they showed their true colors. I drive a 2002 Cavalier which ran great although it did have a crack in my wind shield from a gravel truck on my way to work one day.
They(The body shop) fixed only the frame and did nothing more to the car. They stated that they did not believe that my cars gas pedal could be stiff from a rear impact but they couldn't say for sure so they sent my car to a dealership to have more tests performed.
Once the tests were complete they dealership said that the cable had corrosion on it and they replaced it and said they thought it was worn but could not say if an accident would cause that or not but the doubted it.
After this I was informed by Usaa that I would need to pay for my cars diagnostic tests and the cable repair. On top of all that they want me to pay for the rental car that i have had since the inital time the body shop contacted me and tried to make me take my broken vehicle. The funny thing is the car shop didn't install my hitch on my car yet but they told me thats my problem as well i need to arrange a time for the body shop to install it(If it was done in the first place than why's it not installed?). Oh and did I mention that I missed 4 days of work due to this accident and now have the extreme pleasure of migraine headaches. A very sore neck and shoulder and its been over a month since the accident.
This is a true crime I did nothing wrong but the drunk who was driving the other vehicle gets away with me forking 1000 or so dollars because Usaa says its not their problem. I thought vehicles were suppose to come back running good not with problems that they just felt might not be due to the accident. What a crock

Sorry, Well i must admit when i am wrong and i was wrong about this company.

They were fair to me in the end and i appreciate the way they handled this dispute. My car after picking it up from the shop on the way to get another opinion from another mechanic suddenly started working just fine. So this did not end bad i actually called and apologized to the people who i was harsh with.
