Usaatv.com: A&A Powersports Will not replace broken parts Dallas Texas
I have been attempting to get them to replace parts since 1/31/07. This was a go-kart that was purchased for my kids Christmas present. Every time i call i get another story or they say the parts are in the mail. I have sent the parts back like I was supposed to with confirmation from the USPS. Jay the owner has told me the parts are in the mail. The last time was 1/15/08 and he put them out on 3 day shipping. This is not how you operate a business. This is a Go-kart Sahara 110.

Sent SOME parts and they are the WRONG ones

They finally sent me some parts but they were the wrong ones and they did not send me my sprocket that i sent to them. How can a go-kart run without a sprocket? This company is a joke. When i called to let them know about the mistake they were very rude and that was 7 days ago. Still have not received the correct parts. SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN DO NOT buy anything from them.
