I ordered two flash drives from this company and when I received them they were defective. The company acknowledged that their entire stock of this item was defective. Then they said I would have to return them at my own expense! Left with no other nchoice I returned them at my expense....then they sent me two more defective drives. The phone number listed on the web site is never manned it just plays a messagr to contact them on the internet!
