USBI NAVICOMM RIPOFF THEY CHARGED A CALL FROM ISREAL TO MY LOCAL PHONE BILL FOR 11.01 Internet
This company has charged an 11.01 phone call to Isreal on my local phone bill. I have never known anyone in Isreal. They have refused to take it off or pay for it. The customer rep told me to check the history. There is no history because this is an old fax number we no longer use.

This happened to me with the same bastards. For the future, call the local phone company and BLOCK all 3rd party calls and billing. This should stop it from occurring again. DO NOT pay for calls you did not make. The local companies can also stand to gain from some of the kickbacks, so they play stupid, but really are also part of the problem. File a complaint with the ftc.gov and COMPLAIN repeatedly so this stops.
