I was ripped off by USIGHT nearly two years ago. I let them put me put me off by this lame response "your website advertisement actions will be submitted but it takes 6-8 weeks to notice the effects, call us back then. Needless to say they never did ANYTHING for the nearly two thousand dollars I gave them to promote my website. I have filed my own rip off report, it contains more data in it as well as the rebuttal about how to stop them. Unfortunatly for usight they ripped off a former Private Investigator (myself) and I have been hard at work, I believe I have a USIGHT insider that is going to come forward and spill the beans about usights INTENTIONAL and DESIGNED conspiracy to defraud thousands of people accross America by selling services and pipe dreams they know is almost impossible to accomplish, their staff is so limited that they couldn't even begin to actually service all those trumped up deals that they are selling all accross the Nation. The Utah Consumer Protection Agency has taken them to Court TWICE and a third court date is in the works. So far a "Cease & Desist" order has been issued to USIGHT for deceptive and unethical practices. To our dismay this really just causes them to interject glossed over "Warnings" and points of "informative Content" just to work around the "Cease & Desist" Order. In their FAST and Furious presentations about how great their programs are they interject such lies such as "Paypal.com is under heavy litigation and will be out of business soon" so what you really need is this Merchant Account (They sell for thounds of dollars and then it results in monthly deductions from your credit card or checking account for an additional untold thousands of dollars) The statement about Paypal is a flat out lie. In my case this merchant account business (Bridgeview Bank) deducted monies from my checking account for six months before I figured out who they were and all this while I NEVER used the Merchant account! Bridgeview Bank NEVER sent me a single monthly statement or ANY paperwork that would have alerted me to the money they were taking from me. When I finally traced these charges to Bridgeview the person on the other end (from one of their sales departments) told me the charges were not from Bridgeview but it was from PAYPAL.COM and he proceeded to try to sell me another bill of goods. I'm sorry to say but about the only way I have been able to get Bridgeview Bank and USIGHT out of my bank account is to CLOSE IT OUT and open a new one. I paid off and closed out my credit card as well. My theroy is lets see if they will take the time and money to sue me for any monies they think I owe them. I've never heard from USIGHT or Bridgeview sense. You should contact the Utah Attorney Generals Office about your complaint, they are the only Department activly working on this case at the moment. Also info the [email protected] I am putting together a file of the victums and expect to have a class action suit put together soon. Info me about your story russell at herbamagic dot com Good Luck
