Frustrated beyond words with this USight (supposedly legit company)and their constant disregard to endless cancellations.

Swindled in July of 2002 with promises of building a successful business with Liberty Vending, only to cancell three days later as they state on the contract I could do. I didn't hear anything from them for three months, thinking it was actually cancelled, then the charges started to hit my credit card.

I cancelled in February of 2003 with a letter that was returned "Moved left no forwarding address", No Big Surprise there. Called the company and was told to fax another cancellation letter. Did that, next month more charges.

Be leary of anyone who answers a phone "corporate office". Probably a little old lady sitting in some cheap office alone (until they move again). In the meantime, talking with my credit card company to remove the charges. Called again in April of 2003 and was told they had my cancellation but it was not entered and that they would entered it again that day, next month more charges.

Called again in May, had to fax it to them again. I think I will fax it every day until it is resolved. It's a shame that I most likely will have to cancel my credit card. These people need to be stopped. I am filing a complaint with the State of Utah Division of Consumer Protection.

The #'s I have. office (801) 565-7570 and 7572. Fax# (801)565-8122. The only steps i've took were contacting my visa card co, It seems that i'm going to have to file a complaint with Utah, I've called and called to see what's the statis, they keep telling me that they have no record of my cancellation, and to fax it to them again, I"VE DONE THIS NUMOROUS TIMES. If you don't mind, I would like to find out the exact PHONE and FAX numbers where you are now contacting uSight. You see, I too cancelled within the three-day time limit, and now fear the same problems may occur with me. I don't want to wait a moment longer than necessary to break all ties with this company, so your help is imperative. I believe it is also important for every other person who will be visiting this site. I hope you are taking some sort of legal action against this company, and I hope if you are, you find much success.

I want to correct my story on liberty vending, I made a mistake when adding Liberty vending to my complaint, I have had no bad dealings with liberty vending, BUT "USIGHT, CYBERSAM OR WHATEVER THEIR NAME IS" ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS.
