I sold a house with a broker dated October 3, 2017. The closing was scheduled for November 3, with an extension to November 17, 2017. There was no closing so I listed the house on USRealty.com on November 24, 2017 and paid $139. On November 27, 2017 the house did actually close with the previous broker so I call USRealty to cancel the MLS listing. They charged me $296 commission and a late fee for $25 for not telling them the house sold on October 3rd! I tried to explain this to them but they insisted I owed the commission and late fee. USRealty had nothing to do with the sale of this property and I paid $139 to list the property. So $321 was a complete ripoff. DO NOT use USRealty for a flat-rate broker!!
