I purchaced the bundle and the computer it came with was a thirty store comoputer, the other hardware was more than three times expensier than ebay. The comoputer stoped working after 4 months of use and when a replace it, the software wouldn't work on the new computer, so I need to call them so the y can set up the new computer beause they are the only one who coulkd do it. They took forever to help me and they threatened me like if I was chating and getting the software on two computers. The printer broke after a year and when I try to replace it, I couldn't because the software was formated for the broken printer only and there is not way customized the receipt to print properly with other printers.
long story short... SAVE YOUR SELF MONEY AND A BAD TIME, DO NO DEAL WITH UTOUCH POS!!

I have had a personal experience with uTouch, and know other customers who have as well. From my experience, this is not the way they treat customers. And their POS software works fine in the cases I'm familiar with. I will see if I can forward your complaint to the right people there and help get your issue resolved, or at least ask that someone in their service area get back to you.
